Documents needed to register a Limited Liability Partnership using FiLLiP and to file the LLP agreement.
For each director / partner
PAN card
Mandatory for Indian nationals. Name must match other documents.
Aadhaar card
Used for DSC verification and as identity proof.
Address proof
Bank statement, electricity, phone or mobile bill — not older than two months.
Passport-size photograph
Recent, plain background.
Email ID and mobile number
Unique to each person — used for OTPs and DIN.
Passport (foreign nationals / NRIs)
Notarised and apostilled or consularised, with overseas address proof.
Registered office
Utility bill
Electricity, water, gas or telephone bill not older than two months, in the owner's name.
Rent or lease agreement
If the premises are rented.
No-objection certificate (NOC)
From the property owner, allowing use as the registered office.

Proposed names
Up to two names in order of preference.
Capital contribution of each partner
Can be cash or other assets.
Profit-sharing ratio
Goes into the LLP agreement.
Business activity
A short description of what the LLP will do.
